  "text": "(1) Subject to the following paragraphs of this regulation, a person guilty of an offence under any provisions of these Regulations shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.\n(2) A person guilty of an offence under regulation 8(1)(a) or (b) above shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months or to both.\n(3) A person guilty of an offence under regulation 8(1)(c) above shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to both.",
