# The Beef (Marketing Payment) (Amendment) Regulations 1996, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Regulations)
These Regulations correct an error in regulation 9 of the Beef (Marketing Payment) Regulations 1996 so that the period for which the Minister may charge interest on a payment recovered pursuant to regulation 8 is specified.
