Regulation 4 Applications for payment

(1)

An application for payment shall be in such form, and shall contain such particulars and be accompanied by such documents relating to the application, as the appropriate Minister may require.

(2)

A beef producer who applies for payment shall deliver his application to the appropriate Minister by 23rd August 1996.
