# The Beef Special Premium Regulations 1993, Regulation 16: Punishment of offences


(1) A person guilty of an offence under regulation 15(a) shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 3 on the standard scale.
(2) A person guilty of an offence under regulation 15(b), (c) or (d) shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
