A registered holder shall notify the Commissioners of his intention to cease holding beer without payment of the duty at any of his registered stores.

Where the Commissioners revoke or vary the terms of their registration of any person or premises under section 41A(6) of the Act they shall give 14 days notice in writing of such revocation or variation.
