  "text": "Save as the Commissioners otherwise allow, the amount of beer in any container shall be deemed to be the greater of—\n(a) the amount determined in accordance with section 2 of the Act;\n(b) the amount ascertained by reference to information on the label of the container of the beer; and\n(c) the amount ascertained by reference to information on any invoice, delivery note or similar document issued in relation to the beer.",
