# The Beer Regulations 1993, Regulation 34: Amendment of the Excise Goods (Holding, Movement, Warehousing and REDS) Regulations 1992


The Excise Goods (Holding, Movement, Warehousing and REDS) Regulations 1992 shall be amended as follows—
(a) in the definition of “tax warehouse” in regulation 2(1) there shall be inserted after the words “excise warehouse” the words “and any premises registered under section 41A of the Alcoholic Liquor Duties Act 1979”; and
(b) in regulation 9(2) there shall be inserted after the word “below” the words “and to Part V of the Beer Regulations 1993”.
