# The Beet Seeds (Amendment) (Scotland) Regulations 2000, Regulation 5: Amendment of regulation 4 of the principal Regulations


In regulation 4 (seeds to which the Regulations apply)–
(a) in paragraph (1), for–
““Subject to paragraphs (2) and (3) below" there shall be substituted “Subject to paragraph 2 below".”
(b) Paragraph (2) (b), (c) and (d) and paragraph (3) shall be omitted.
