  "heading": "OFFICIAL LABEL FOR A PACKAGE OF BASIC SEED OR CERtifIED SEED",
  "text": "(a) Prescribed contents\n1. “EEC rules and standards”.\n2. Certifying Authority and Member State or their mark.\n3. Reference number of the lot.\n4. Month and year when officially sealed.\n5. “Sugar beet” or “Fodder beet”.\n6. Variety.\n7. Category.\n8. Country of production.\n9. Declared net or gross weight or declared number of clusters or pure seeds.\n10. Where weight is indicated and granulated pesticides, pelleting substances or other solid additives are used the nature of the additive and the approximate ratio between the weight of clusters or pure seeds and the total weight.\n11. For monogerm seeds “monogerm”.\n12. For precision seeds “precision”.\n(b) Minimum size of the label—110 mmx67 mm.\n(c) The label shall be coloured white for Basic Seed and blue for Certified Seed.",
