  "text": "(1) The affairs of the Society shall continue to be managed by the Board.\n(2) The regulations—\n(a) may authorise the Board to delegate any of its functions to a committee of the Board; and\n(b) may authorise such a committee to delegate any of its functions to a sub-committee.",
