Article 1 Citation and commencement

(1)

This Order may be cited as the Belfast Harbour Order (Northern Ireland) 2002 and shall come into operation on the day after that on which it is affirmed by resolution of the Assembly.

(2)

This Order shall be construed as one with the Belfast Harbour Acts and Orders 1847 to 1979^f1.

(3)

The Belfast Harbour Acts and Orders 1847 to 1979 and this Order may be cited together as the Belfast Harbour Acts and Orders 1847 to 2002.
