# The Belfast Harbour Order (Northern Ireland) 2002, Article 10: Modification of Harbours, Docks and Piers Clauses Act 1847


In relation to the Commissioners, the provisions of section 23 of the Harbours, Docks and Piers Clauses Act 1847 shall cease to have effect.
