# Bell’s Bridge Order Confirmation Act 1995, Paragraph 14: Saving for certain enactments


Nothing in this Order shall—
(a) affect the operation of the 1974 c. 40.Control of Pollution Act 1974 or Part II of the 1985 c. 48.Food and Environment Protection Act 1985; or
(b) exempt Scottish Enterprise from the provisions of Part I of the 1949 c. 74.Coast Protection Act 1949.
