Paragraph 5 Subsidiary works

Subject to the provisions of this Order, Scottish Enterprise, for the purposes of or in connection with the work may from time to time within the limits of deviation construct and maintain all such subsidiary or incidental works and conveniences as may be necessary or expedient for the purposes of or in connection with the construction, maintenance and use of the work.
