# Benefices (Institution Appeals) Rules 1988, Article 16: Notice to parochial church council of result of appeal


The registrar shall send notice of the decision of the tribunal on any appeal (including any decision deemed to be taken under paragraphs (3) or (4) of rule 10) to the parochial church council of each parish within the area of the benefice (or, if any such parish has no parochial church council, to the churchwardens of the parish).
