Article 17 Appointment of deputy registrar

The tribunal may at any time, at the request of the registrar of the province, appoint the registrar of any diocese within the province of the archbishop (other than the diocese in which the benefice is) to act as a deputy to the registrar of the province in relation to an appeal specified by the tribunal, and any deputy so appointed shall have all the powers and perform all the duties of the registrar of the province under these Rules in relation to that appeal.
