  "text": "ECCLESIASTICAL LAW, ENGLAND\nMade (approved by the General Synod) 8th November 1988\nLaid before Parliament 16th November 1988\nComing into force 1st January 1989\nIn the exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 11 of the Benefices Act 1898 the Patronage (Appeals) Committee constituted in accordance with paragraph 10 of Schedule 1 to the Patronage (Benefices) Measure 1986 hereby makes the following Rules:",
