  "text": "CARIBBEAN AND NORTH ATLANTIC TERRITORIES\nMade 27th February 2003\nLaid before Parliament 11th March 2003\nComing into force – – In accordance with section 1(4)\nAt the Court at Buckingham Palace, the 27th day of February 2003\nPresent,\nThe Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nHer Majesty, by virtue and, in exercise of the powers vested in Her in that behalf by section 1 of the Bermuda Constitution Act 1967 and of all other powers enabling Her in that behalf, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:",
