  "text": "Subsections (2), (3) and (4) of section 8 of the Evidence (Proceedings in Other Jurisdictions) Act 1975 and the provisions of Schedule 2 to that Act that relate to the Foreign Tribunals Evidence Act 1856, the Evidence by Commission Act 1859, the Extradition Act 1870, the Evidence by Commission Act 1885 and section 3(1)(b) of the Arbitration (International Investment Disputes) Act 1966, as amended in its application to Bermuda, shall extend to Bermuda.",
