# The Berwick Upon Tweed Harbour Revision (Constitution) Order 2009, Article 19: Repeals


With effect on the new constitution date the enactments mentioned in the first and second columns of Schedule 3 (which include spent enactments) are repealed to the extent specified in the third column of that Schedule.
