# The Berwick Upon Tweed Harbour Revision (Constitution) Order 2009, Article 7: Power to co-opt additional Commissioners


The Commissioners referred to in article 4(1) may at any time co-opt not more than two persons to serve as Commissioners for such period not exceeding twelve months as the co-opting Commissioners may specify at the time of co-option.
