  "text": "CUSTOMS AND EXCISE\nMade 29th February 1988\nLaid before the House of Commons 7th March 1988\nComing into force 28th March 1988\nThe Commissioners of Customs and Excise in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 20(1) of and paragraphs 9(1) and (2), 12(1) and (4) of Schedule 3 to the Betting and Gaming Duties Act 1981, and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Regulations:",
