Regulation 3 Revocation and savings

Subject to paragraph (2) below, the Bingo Duty Regulations 1969^f1 are hereby revoked.

The revoked Regulations, insofar as they relate to records, accounts, returns, and payments of duty shall continue to apply to periods partly completed at the date of revocation.
