Laid before the House of Commons 30th September 2003
Coming into force 27th October 2003
The Commissioners of Customs and Excise, in exercise of the powers conferred upon them by paragraph 9 of Schedule 3 to the Betting and Gaming Duties Act 1981 hereby make the following regulations:
