  "text": "In these Regulations—\n“accounting period” means, subject to regulation 5 below, a period beginning at the end of the last Sunday of each month and ending at the end of the last Sunday of the next month;\n“bingo-promoter” means a person who promotes the playing of bingo that is not exempt from bingo duty;\n“business day” has the meaning given in section 92 of the Bills of Exchange Act 1882.",
