Regulation 8 Appeals

In this regulation, “the appropriate person” means—

(a)

in the case of a decision of the Secretary of State and the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, acting jointly, the Secretary of State; and

(b)

in the case of a decision of the Ministers in or as regards Scotland, the Secretary of State and the Scottish Ministers, acting jointly.
