  "text": "On receipt of—\n(a) an application referred to in paragraph 1;\n(b) an application specified in paragraph 3;\n(c) dossiers referred to in paragraph 4;\n(d) information referred to in paragraph 5; or\n(e) a request referred to in paragraph 6,\nthe Ministers shall prepare and send to the applicant, the person providing the information or the person making the request, as the case may be, an estimate of the cost of the work necessary for the determination of the application, the evaluation of dossiers, or the consideration of the information or the request.",
