  "text": "A certificate of exemption granted pursuant to paragraph 6, 7, 9, 10, 11 or 12 shall be in writing and may exempt any person or class of persons or any biocidal product or class of biocidal products from all or any of the requirements or prohibitions imposed by these Regulations, other than regulation 29, relating to—\n(a) placing on the market;\n(b) use;\n(c) advertisements;\n(d) packaging and labelling; or\n(e) storage (including storage for disposal).",
