# The Biocidal Products Regulations 2001, Paragraph 16


An exemption certificate granted in accordance with paragraph 15—
(a) may be granted subject to conditions;
(b) may be revoked by a certificate in writing at any time; and
(c) shall be granted for a period not exceeding three years.
