  "text": "The Regulations referred to in regulation 3(1)(a) are—\n(a) the Materials and Articles in Contact with Food Regulations 1987;\n(b) the Flavourings in Food Regulations 1992;\n(c) the Food Additive Labelling Regulations 1992;\n(d) the Active Implantable Medical Devices Regulations 1992;\n(e) the Egg Products Regulations 1993;\n(f) the Medicines (Homoeopathic Medicinal Products For Human Use) Regulations 1994;\n(g) the Medical Devices Regulations 1994;\n(h) the Marketing Authorisations for Veterinary Medicinal Products Regulations 1994;\n(i) the Medicines for Human Use (Marketing Authorisations Etc.)
