# The Biocidal Products Regulations 2001, Paragraph 13


Where the biocidal product is a substance or preparation dangerous for supply within the meaning of regulation 2(1) of the 1994 Regulations, a safety data sheet for that biocidal product prepared in accordance with regulation 6 of those Regulations.
