  "text": "The name of any other substance in the biocidal product which—\n(a) is listed in Part I of the approved supply list; or\n(b) is classified as being in one or more of the categories of danger specified in column 1 of Schedule 1 to the 1994 Regulations,\nexcept a substance of which no account would be taken in the classification of that biocidal product by virtue of paragraph 18(1) of Part I of Schedule 3 to those Regulations.",
