  "text": "The particulars that are to be specified on the delivery note are as follows—\n(a) the date of sending out of the consignment of biodiesel in respect of which regulation 5 applies;\n(b) the fact that it is biodiesel;\n(c) the quantity of that biodiesel;\n(d) the address from which that biodiesel is sent out and of the place to which it is consigned;\n(e) the name and address of the consignee to whom that biodiesel is sent.",
