  "text": "CONSUMER PROTECTION\nMade 2nd December 2005\nLaid before Parliament 9th December 2005\nComing into force 1st February 2006\nThe Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972 .\nThe Secretary of State is designated for the purposes of section 2(2) in relation to measures relating to consumer protection.",
