Regulation 3 Definitions

In regulation 2(1)—

(a)

the following definitions are revoked, that is to say—

  • “Community legislation”,

  • “The Commission Regulation”,

  • “The Council Regulation”,

  • “The ERDF Regulation”; and

    1. (b)

      after the definition of “Department” there shall be inserted the following definition—

      • ““EU legislation” means the provisions set out in the Schedule;”.
