  "text": "(1) The Company may acquire by agreement any land for the purposes of any of its functions, and notwithstanding that the land is not immediately required for any such purpose.\n(2) The Company may dispose of any land held by it in any manner it wishes.\n(3) In this article“land” includes any interest in land and any easement or right in, to or over land.",
