  "heading": "Commencement and duration",
  "text": "(1) The following provisions of this Act come into force on the day on which this Act is passed—\n(a) Part 1;\n(b) section 8;\n(c) this Part;\n(d) any power to make regulations under this Act.\n(2) The remaining provisions of this Act come into force at the end of the period of 2 months beginning with the day on which this Act is passed.\n(3) Sections 3(1) to (3) and (6)(a), 4 and 5 and Schedule 1 cease to have effect on 1 January 2023.\n(4) Sections 10 to 12 and Schedule 2 cease to have effect on the day after the day on which the Games end.",
