  "text": "(1) In this Part—\n“business” includes trade or profession;\n“Games event” has the meaning given by section 1(3);\n“goods” includes their packaging;\n“infringing goods or documents” has the meaning given by section 6(2);\n“use”, in relation to a representation, is to be read in accordance with section 3(3).\n(2) In the application of this Part to Scotland—\n(a) “accounts” means count, reckoning and payment;\n(b) “delivery up” means delivery;\n(c) “injunction” means interdict.",
