# The Birmingham Heartlands Development Corporation (Planning Functions) Order 1992, Article 1: Citation and commencement


(1) This Order may be cited as the Birmingham Heartlands Development Corporation (Planning Functions) Order 1992.
(2) This Order shall come into force on 1st July 1992.
