  "text": "Where an archbishop wishes to resign his archbishopric he shall tender his resignation to Her Majesty in a written instrument in the prescribed form and Her Majesty may by Order in Council declare the archbishopric vacant as from a date specified in the Order (which date shall not be earlier than the date of the Order).",
