Section 9 Costs of Act

Without limiting the scope of any provision of the Localism Act 2011, the parish council is empowered to contribute to the costs, charges and expenses of applying for and obtaining this Act, or otherwise in relation to it.

Subsection (1) applies to any contributions for such purposes whether made before, on, or after the day on which this Act is passed.
