  "text": "Article 3 of the Blackburn with Darwen (Maintained Nursery School Governance) Order 2004 is amended as follows:\n(a) for Article 3(b) substitute:\n“(b) sections 7(b) and 13(2) of the Education Act 2005 as if after the words “in the case of a maintained school” the words “other than a maintained nursery school” were added.”\n(b) after Article 3(d) insert a new sub-paragraph:\n“(dd) On and after the date section 88 of the Education and Inspections Act 2006 comes into force, section 88(5) of that Act (responsibility of governing body for discipline) as if paragraph (c) of that subsection were omitted.”\n(c) omit Article 3(l) and (m).",
