# The Blackpool Tramway (Blackpool North Extension) Order 2017, Paragraph 5


In this Schedule—
“public communications provider” has the same meaning as in section 151(1) of the Communications Act 2003; and
“public utility undertakers” has the same meaning as in the 1980 Act.
