Article 1 Title and commencement

The title of this Order is The Blaenau Gwent (Communities) Order 2010.

For any purpose set out in regulation 4(1) of the Regulations this Order comes into operation on 1 June 2010.

For the purposes of calculating any council tax payable in respect of a dwelling in an area which under this Order is transferred from one community to another, the transfer is to be regarded as taking place on 1 April 2011.

For all other purposes this Order comes into force on 1 December 2010, which is the appointed day for the purposes of the Regulations.
