In regulation 4 of the principal Regulations (authorisation of a blood establishment), in paragraph (4)—

(a)

for “paragraph (4)” substitute “paragraph (3)”; and

(b)

in sub-paragraph (a)(iii), for “or which” substitute “of which”.
