Regulation 2 Amendment of regulation 7 of the principal Regulations
In regulation 7 of the principal Regulations (blood establishment requirements), in paragraph (1)(b), after “Commission Directive 2005/62/ECf1” insert “and which gives effect to the requirements in respect of the use of good practice guidelines set out in Article 2.2 of that Directivef2”.
