# The Blue Eared Pig Disease (Amendment) Order 1991, Introduction: Introductory text

Coming into force 18th September 1991
The Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, the Secretary of State for Scotland and the Secretary of State for Wales, acting jointly, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by sections 1, 8(1), 15(4), 17(1), 23, 25 and 83(2) of the Animal Health Act 1981, and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order:
