# The Blue Eared Pig Disease Order 1991, Article 3: Extension of definition of disease for the purposes of the Act


For the purposes of the Act in its application to this Order, the definition of disease in section 88(1) of the Act shall be extended so that it shall for those purposes comprise the disease.
