# The Bluetongue Regulations 2008, Regulation 24: Powers of inspectors in case of default

Extent: E+W+S+NI

If any person fails to comply with a requirement in or under these Regulations, an inspector may take such steps as that inspector considers necessary to ensure the requirement is met at the expense of that person.
