# The Bluetongue Regulations 2008, Regulation 25: Offences and penalties

Extent: E+W+S+NI

A person contravening any requirement or prohibition in or under these Regulations is guilty of an offence and liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale or to imprisonment not exceeding three months or both.
